How to sew?
Use knit needles (jersey or stretch, size 75/11 or 80/12) to prevent skipped stitches and maintain fabric elasticity.
Sew with an overlocker or use the stretch zigzag stitch on a regular sewing machine.
It is recommended to use elastic threads to ensure seams are durable and comfortable!
